Incubus singer Brandon Boyd is working on his second solo album. His first, 2010's The Wild Trapeze, was a low-key release through iTunes and a very limited run on CD.
This time around Boyd seems to be aiming higher, as he's teamed up with Brendan O'Brien (who produced the last three Incubus albums) and brought in ex-A Perfect Circle drummer and in-demand session musician Josh Freese to work on the album. It's expected out next summer.
