No Doubt have settled a lawsuit with the game manufacturer Activision over the unauthorized use of their likenesses in the game Band Hero.

The band's action against the company for fraud, violation of publicity rights, and breach of contract was set to go to trial in a few weeks. The point of contention was a feature that lets players use Gwen Stefani and her cohorts to perform songs by other artists. No details of the settlement were released.
